My World of Warcraft Forums

I got tired of slowly working my way through the official World of Warcraft forums everyday looking for useful information out of just the forums I cared to see. So I made a web site to help me… and much like I made RaidSpace for me and decided to let everyone use it, here is MyWoWForums.com.

It’s pretty early in release. No pretty graphics yet, not even a lot of features – but I have lots of plans. Hope it helps other busy people that only want the popular posts from the forums they care to see. Feel free to post comments and suggestions here until I get a blog up for it.

Unavailable

I’m doing a large clean up query on the RaidSpace database right now. RaidSpace might be unavailable while it’s in process. The good news is RaidSpace will respond much quicker once it’s done. I hope it doesn’t take more than an hour or so to run.

RaidSpace Releases

I have gotten a few emails and comments about the lack of RaidSpace releases. To be honest, my free time has dropped to zero over the past few months due to a combination of personal and work related issues. In fact, I don’t even play WoW anymore! Gasp!

I do long to work on my side projects again, and plan to finish the half finished new version of RaidSpace that’s been sitting on my desk. But until I work though some RL stuff, it’s on a back burner.

In the mean time, I am not going to take RaidSpace down. It’s up as long as folks are using it.

Domain Name Expired

Sorry about the domain name expiring over the weekend. I didn’t have it set to auto renew for some reason and was on vacation in Panama City when it did expired. Everything should be good-to-go now.

Login Issues

I have gotten several reports of people having strange log in problems. If you are having these troubles, try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies, then restart the browser. This seems to get most people by the problem. I’m not sure what is causing the issue – hopefully I figure it out soon.
